The art of hand engraving

Hand engraving has historically been used for practical and decorative purposes. From coins, bank notes, mass production of literature, art, weapons, bowl, royal seals and jewellery. The influence of hand engraving is all around us.

I was introduced to the art of hand engraving in Scotland 2009 and fell immediately in love. My jewellery collection is all hand engraved and I also do customized work. Typical hand engraving jobs include signet rings, inside rings, ID bracelets, monograms, coat of arms, lettering and artistic engraving.
