Free shipping on orders over NOK 1,000. The package is sent as Norway's package. You will normally receive the item within 3 - 7 working days after the order has been paid for, unless otherwise specified on the product you have chosen. Jewelery to be hand engraved has a delivery time of 3 - 4 weeks.

Free delivery for orders over NOK 1,000. The package will be sent as Norges Pakke. Normal delivery is between 3 - 7 days. If the product is to be engraved, it may take 3 - 4 weeks before shipment.
Ane Haugen J & E is not responsible for delays in cross border customs. I assume no responsibility for environmental or political changes that may prevent or delay the delivery of your shipment.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. There may also be additional shipping fees charged once the package arrives in your country to facilitate delivery to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Ane Haugen J & E, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and we will ship with all the necessary paperwork legally required of us. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from Ane Haugen J & E you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments ), and the cost of returning the package to Ane Haugen J & E. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
Undeliverable Shipments - The carrier will make three attempts to deliver and collect any additional funds. The package will then be considered abandoned. If the items are returned to us we will provide you a store credit less any shipping and associated fees, if the item is NOT returned to us you will be responsible for all charges related to the abandoned package including the cost of the merchandise.
Payment:
Ane Haugen J & E accepts all payments through Quickpay and Paypal or through invoice for your safety and security. At checkout, you will be sent to Paypal.com to enter payment information, before you will be sent back to Ane Haugen and check out. If you wish to pay via invoice, send an email to kontakt@anehaugen.no You will then be sent an invoice via email and your goods will be sent after the payment has been approved.

Ane Jewelery accepts all payments through Quickpay and PayPal to provide maximum security and convenience for our customers. At checkout customers will be redirected to PayPal.com to enter payment information, and are then redirected back to Ane Haugen J & E to complete and close the order.
